| RENOVATION OF THE F/V CAPE ST. ELIAS |

Our current project is the F/V Cape St. Elias of King Cove Alaska, owned by Andrew and Tom Manos. This 58' X 18' vessel arrived in Astoria on September 3rd, 2012 and was hauled out of the Columbia River on September 4th, 2012 to begin renovation. The renovation will include sponsoning to 26' in width, and a new whaleback design with new breakwater in front of the existing tophouse. The lower house will be entirely gutted and expanded into the new whaleback space and an all new interior will be installed. In addition, a bulbous bow will be fitted to the hull.
